Please Help!!!

I had my wedding 15 years back in India, i am planning to bring my daughter to USA, but i don't have my Marriage registration certificate because marriage registration was not must 15 years back, but now for H-4 requirements Marriage registration certificate is must how do i deal with it? in India there are not issuing it because it was 15 years back.

My Parents In Law just got thier Visitor Visa from India. They were married 25 years ago ( may be more than that..). They went to Distirct Court and got the marriage certifucate, There are some procedures and requirements for that. As far as I know, there should be three witnesses who atteneded the wedding, few photographs ( if available), invitation card. I think, you will get it if you complete the formalities.
