Am i required for my Child's interview

My daughter is 14 years old, i am planning to send her h-4, is it must that the parent should attend the interview since she is under14? i don't think i can attend the interview since i am in US, can my father take her?

I think your daughter qualifies for a drop box, neither of you need to go for an interview. Please check the US visa website for more info.
