Need help

My mom got 4 months visitors visa on Feb 3rd.
We are planning to call her here sometimes in May 2004.

Is there any restriction on when she should travel (time period) ?

Also will she get 4 months stay after she arrives here in May ?

there is no restriction, she can travel any time before the Visa stamp expires.
The actual stay at POE will be determine by the immigration officer and mostly they give 6 months from the date of enter on the I94.

Hi, I need some advace about a visa, my friend she got the visa for a year but she told INS that she is going to Florida to visit but she is wanna travel to Virgina first and then going to Florida with me, but the problem is tha in the visa they put a notice that say that she is going to Florida, do you think that she is gonna have any problem if she buy the ticket going to virginia.

Was told only 4 months but when the visa arrived it was 10 yrs multiple entries.
