Hi ,

I am planning to apply visitor visa for my parents from New Delhi Consulate. I am on H1B visa here in US. please tell me about invitation letter format. i heard that standard invitaiton letter avaliable on some sites is creating problems. also should my parents mention about my wife's pregnancy to consular officer.

I am not sure that standard templates are creating problems.
Download and use the the Template given on this website for this purpose. You may chnage wordings a little bit if you want.
Avoid using the pregnancy matter.
