visitor visa for parents rejected 2 times

Hi,
my parents visa got rejected twice.first time they were asked
1.how many children--only son
2.how long he in U.S -2 yrs
3.Do u have own house -yes
4.source of income ---pension 6k from army and rest son sends as reqd...

Rejected.

2nd time took all properties docu and bank balaces

questions asked
1,how many children -1
2,what post in army commision officer
3,what work is army ---clerical and admin
rejected without seeing any of papers then father got enraged and asked him is it crime to have only son he said its U.S rule then my father told same rejection paper u gave 2nd time first time u gave this paper and thats why i brought properties and all this time why the u don't want to see them....officer then again took a relook and said its late once rejected can't be reconsidered.

My query is third time i am planning to send them ,is there any records with them i don't think so bcos they just ask same questions and reject if they have data why they ask agian.

whats the harm in saying 2 sons if needed will show birth certificate as we gave him after birth to uncle.

please suggest something as we wasted lot of time and money but no use....

Q do they really have record if we said only son and now third time 2 sons provided we can show bith certificate would it be alright....

I think it will make matters worse if they find discrepancies between answers the first 2 times and in the third time.
