B1 Visa

Hi All:

I visited US in 2001 on B1. Before visiting US for the first time, my VISA was rejected twice. Will this be considered if I apply again?

Your question is not clear however from what I could understand there should not be a big problem in getting a visa if you have all the required documents and a genuine reson to visit.
