Hey,
It is wierd these days how many companies come on the market take your money and then close up their business! I used to have a terrible experience with a certain callingcard company that i don't want to mention here and then i moved to BigZoo. Unfortunately they went out of business as well.... So i searched and searched a ... i tried several cards and had some awfull cards and then some good, quality cards.... I don't want to advertise a company or a website and tell you how great they are. You can try for yourself. The last good company that i came up with and that provided me with the best quality until now is named ... no ... you should check it out yourself... so if you want click here Take your time too and you'll find the card that is best for your needs! |

Beware of www.worldtelecards.com site. This is a new phone-card site. Never buy from worldtelecards.com site. I have purchased a $10 card on 8th sep'2005. When
I try to call to India on 12 sept'2005.... the card says I only have $2 balance. When I called up 800 customer service number - they said that someone else from Pennsylvania state already called Delhi and Ahmedabad on same PIN/card... so the balance got reduced. I was shocked. Customer service could not do anything.... they told me to contact worldtelecards.com since I have not made the calls (as per cutomer service data my phone number does not match with the phone number from Pennsylvania). When I contacted worldtelecards.com... they are not ready to credit the time/amount I loose. They also can not say how this has happened. I AM SURE THAT THE worldtelecards.com SITE IS CHEATING!!! THEY ARE SHARING THE SAME PIN WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THEY ARE MAKING CALLS IN MY MONEY TO INDIA. So NEVER BUY calling card from worldtelecards.com to be a VICTIM. THEY WILL ENJOY WITH YOUR MONEY. -Victim of worldtelecards Last edited by samitc : 09-19-2005 at 06:19 PM. Reason: wrong spelling |

Hi everybody,
I'm a student in the US and beleive me I need to make a lot of phone calls most of them in Europe but in US too. I have tried AT&T, Verizon, MCI. They work ok but they are too expensive for me. Then i looked for prepaid calling cards over the internet. The offer is huge and it's in close relation with the number of "thieves". A lot of so called "telecomunication companies" that offer BS services and which sometimes don't work at all. Finally I heared about Nobe***. They have over 5 years in business and their offer is one of the best with low rates and good quality. What's most important is that their services really work!!! I'm using their services for over 3 months and i'm totally satisfied. Thx. Last edited by p2uadmin : 09-22-2005 at 12:02 AM. |

Have you guys ever checked out calling card services of ChitChat Communications?
Their prices seem to be very reasonable and of course there's always callingcards.com and other websites out there offering the same prepaid calling card services. You'll have to do your research and find the best rates - not forgetting customer service too! You always get what you pay for... |

hey friends!
this is my first post on this website. i am based in usa since a few months now. i used many different calling cards to call India...but I came accross this one, a really cheap calling card! called indiamama. the cards are in denominations of $3, $6, $10, etc with rates as low as 9c per min. i use the Carrier T1 card with 11.1c per min, no conn fees, no maintenance fee, no taxes extra on. so in $10 card u get 90 minutes!...about 27 minutes for $3...isn't it gr8?...and yes! if you buy a $10 card, u do not end up paying $11.5 or so for taxes....taxes included in $10. u can sign up for the card at http://www.indiamama.com/cgi-bin/si...al=nachiket_d83 if you also refer ur friends, then u get points for each $ they spend and u can redeem points for cards directly! |

Have you tried http://www.midastel.com? They offer a unique online management feature where I can see all the calls that I made. I am not sure about all countries but they seem to have real cheap rates. I know for fact that they do not charge taxes, maintenance or any other fees. Right now they offer up to 473 minutes on signup with no strings attached.
My 2 cents Derek |

Another option is www.connect2phonecard.com. Cheap cards, good connection. I've been using it for some time now and they haven't failed me.
