Question Ead And Keeping Job: Please Help With Advise
I have an approved i140(non-concurrent/i-485 not filed) on march 09. My wife's H1 expires in oct 2010. Can me and my wife apply for EAD based on my approved i140 although my PD is not current. Is there a way to get EAD so that my wife can keep her job?

to get EAD, i485 must be filed and pending, u cannot get based on I140.
