Traveling on L2 Visa when EAD application is pending

Hi All,
I am on a L2 Visa and I have applied for my EAD and it is been more than 90 days that I have applied. I visited the USCIS yesterday and they told me that I will be getting the EAD within 10 days time as more than 90 days are over. I want to travel India for a short period that is 4-5 weeks. Now if I want to travel do I need to get any persmission with USCIS. And when the EAD application is pending will I be able to travel. Please help.
Meanwhile I got my H1 also picked in this year lottery. So need seniors help.
