Default Visitor Insurance Query

I was comparing 'Inbound USA' and 'Visitors Care' Insurance policies and found some benefits available "per policy period" and some "per incident". Could Murali or someone help me understand this?

For example in Visitor Care, "Deductible Type" is per policy and in Inbound it is Per Incident, I understood this as the deductible amount in Visitor Care will be paid only once per policy duration and paid for every incident in Inbound.

I was not able to understand the Max. Coverage benefit part ($50000). In Visitor it is "Per Life of Plan" and in Inbound it is Per Incident. This means will Inbound pays upto $50000 (max) per incident?
