Info regarding Liason international

hi,
i am trying to buy medical insurance for my visiting parents. actually, the big hospitals in my city are not included in the provider's directory of liason international.

incase of emergency, can i use the big hospitals and still file claims?
or shld i use only the hospitals that they mention?

the provider search from path2usa for any insurance does not give any results in my town. how can i contact the liason customer service for specific hospital?

i dont see the contact no of liason international except for the 1800 number that is the same for all the insurances provided by path2usa?? how do we get specific contact no for each insurance??
