Default Filing return for 2004???

I have to leaving for good to India in this November because of some family reasons. I will be resigning the current employer in US. My questions are
1) Will I be able to file a return for this year while I am out of US.
2) Will I receive W2 (which I normally get in Jan of next year) this time? If I am going to get W2, I might file with e-file.
Please correct me if I am wrong. I will really be greatful for any of ur help.

Thanks,
AA

Default one more question abt 401K

Thanks Murali,
I have one more question abt 401K..I have around 10K in 401K..As I understand if I take it out, I will have to pay 10% penalty and 20% tax witholding...But If I remove money in Jan2005 (Assuming I am in US in Jan2005) , I might get the tax rebate for 2006 as my income will be less..and i will end up paying just penalty..
is my understanding correct?

Pls advice..
