ISIS Insurance Plan For Visitors - Any Experiences

I looked at the ISIS plan and for a comprehensive coverage of 100k the premium for non-students is 368 USD.

For the similar kind of coverage with Diplomat America, Liaison, IMG - Patriot or Visit USA the premium is around 900 USD.

The only diff. that I saw in these is wrt Emergency Reunion, Repatriation and ADD. So in case a person is mostly interested in covering medical expenses then is ISIS good or am I missing something.

Please suggest.
