Hello Guys

Please help me in this.

I have appointment date on october 06 in mumbai, i received scanned copy of Notice Of Action. I am planning to send all the required documents before 5working days to the mumbai office including scanned copy of Notice Of Action.

My questions are:
1) Is it ok to send scanned copy?
2) I can see class consulate or POE is chennai but my appointment is in mumbai, is it ok?

Please help me as soon as possible.

1. You will need Original I-797 notice of approval.
Also NO need to send this to VFS, this document should be taken at the day of interview.( refer to the list of document sent , prior to interview on this website)

2. Yes, you should go to the applicable consulate as per your residence state.

Hello Murali and others

I am staying in mumbai last 9months and taken appointment in mumbai.
After receiving Notice Of Action from my employer i can see that class consulate or POE is chennai, this is the situation i need to attend the interview in mumbai or chennai.

Also after taking appointment i downloaded 1 pdf file from vfs and that contains need to send below documents:
1. DS-156 in original signed and with photo affixed.
2. DS-157 in original.
3. Additional Questionnaire in original.
4. Photocopy of the Notice of action (Form I-797).
5. Photocopy of passport data pages (1st and last page).
6. Photocopy of the passport pages bearing “Observation” or “Remarks”.
7. Photocopy of Interview appointment letter.
8. Original HDFC fee receipts (Yellow copy).

Based on the baove list if i send scanned copy sent by my employer is it ok?

ANy way by interview date I am going to receive all the origials from employer

Please help me.
