Without paying tax H1b status is illegal ?

Hi ,

I want to know if someone not pay tax then
h1b status is illegal?(company still not cancelled h1b)
if somebody not paying tax and working in store or other job with h1b visa but still person can go and come back
from india ?

plz give me right and immediately suggetion.

I don't know if INS will bother you or not...beware of the IRS. If you earn income, you are required to pay taxes. Of course, there are million ways to cheat and lie. I hope you are not asking advice on how to evade taxes !!!!!!

Its illegal . And your tax record /paystubs is only proof of your employment .Sooner or later you will learn ...

I assume that you are on H1.
I assume that you want to check if you should file returns.

If you are on H1 please do file your returns. Because this will be asked at various points of time in your immediate life (may be during your GC or also when you want a loan here or in India)
