Hi All,
I am in USA since Nov 2001 on B1, recently I got H1B , now my wife and two kids will be joining me here by Apr end. What will be my status while filing my I-Tax return for 2002? non residen or residen or dual resident? Can I file as married filing jointly? how much staandard deduction can I claim and can I get exemptions for self, wife and both the kids? Thank in advance. Manoj Awasthi |
