Claim for Parents ?
(1) Parents living in India can be claimed as dependent ?
(2) Any exemption on stillborn baby ?

regarding #2
IRS publication 501 describes the criteria that must be met by a person to be claimed as as dependent. Unfortunately, "stillborn child" has been specifically excluded. See page of 9 of that document.
