tax ruturn for B1 visa (without income)

Hi,
I am a visitor in the USA with B1 visa. I have been here about 6 months and I will go back next week to my country.
During this period I spend a lot of money for clothes, gift items and groceries. I collected all the receipts which are given to me from the stores... I want to learn that whether I could get tax return or not? if it is possible then what should I do?
Thanks a lot...

PS : I do not have any income here...
