Default Must report indian accounts

As per this link you are suppose to report all of your foreign accounts if the agg. value of all the accounts are more then $10,000.

Search for Q>
"I have a bank account in a foreign country. Do I have to report the interest?"

Also you have to report your foreign account interest(in 1040 form) as well as accounts(in TD F90 22.1 form)

Just FYI.
