Default L1 visa tax questions

Hi,
I am a marketing manager here working on a L1 visa. I get a allowance of $100.00 per day towards my expenses. There are no taxes being deducted on it. Apart from this I dont get any wages/salary.
Question : Is the employer supposed to pay some minimum salary to me??

Question:Is employer supposed to pay FICA taxes on those $100.00

Question: What if he doesnt pay those taxes?? would it affect me if I file for green card or so???
