Please Help?

Dear All,
I have attended for H1 on May 10th and was issued 221g.Consulate people have asked me to get Client letter.
So i got the Client letter and attended the Consulate again on June 10th, inspite of that they have issued 221g again and said that they need to enquire about me with my client.
It's been almost 2 and Half Months,but i havent received any call from them,could anyone of you please let me know who has faced similar problem.
Also please let me know as how to know the status of my H1.
