Default deductions for refinancing

We refinanced our home in 2003 and would like to know what we can take off. The mortgage company gave us a list of all the charges for refinancing our loan and told us to keep it to file our taxes. Does anyone know what we can take off?

If you refinanced , you can take all the points /interest for this year and tha remaining of last loan for this year
