guyz ..

I got married in the middle of 2003(jul) and my wife has itin .

Is it okay to claim her on my tax , even she is not here for 183 days

is it still okay , am in deep trouble with IRS

Hi,

A spouse can get personal exemption even if didn't stay in USA for more than 183 days.

I would like to know what is the trouble with IRS. Then I could see if I can give more info.
