Default Earned Income Credit

Can H1B holders (married, filing jointly, with son as dependent) claim Earned Income Credit (EIC) if the income in year 2003 is less than as specified by IRS.

Default All should have SSN

All of you, your spouse, kid must have valid SSN to get the EIC credit.. check the irs website..

this is no legal advise.
YOu cannot get EIC if your employer code in w2 starts with 98 or 66
