Please advice me what to do
I bought 2 worldcomQuest prepaid calling cards to India from site www.wqn.com . Both cards had almost 90 minutes. For the first 30 minutes those cards were working fine even though I got busy tone most of the time at their 1-800 number. Now I have 60 minutes left on my cards but whenever I make any call anywhere it gives me busy tone and deduct the 1 minute from my calling time for that busy tone duration, till now I have lost 20 minutes and could not get my call through, I sent lot of emails to the company but did not get any reply back, then I called their Dallas office which was not 1-800 number , I had to hold for 30 minutes but nobody answer the call. So finally I had to buy another calling card and I had to loose my 25 dollars. Do anybody know the 1-800 number for wqn customer service ? |

Hi,
I am really sorry to hear your plight with wqn cards. Here, let me suggest some alternative way. Do you have any friends and relatives in Canada? If so, please ask them to buy phone cards for you right there. Because some phone cards in Canada gives you a good deal. For example, Super Phone cards give you 15 minutes for 4.5 canadian dollars which is just 3 US$. You can send the money by chq every month for the total cards. If you have got 8 cards in a month. You are just paying them only 24 USD for which you had utilized 120 minutes (5 minutes per 1USD). They (Your friends/relatives) will inform you the PIN number and Customer Service number of the cards through the phone. You can take them down and start dial to India (All India). Try it. I heard from Canada that there are some other cards too that give 14 or 15 minutes. |
