Best way to call Chennai

I would like to reach my family in Chennai from California.
I usually use the regular International conection given by our provider.
Could anybody suggest a calling card to Chennai (which has clarity too) or any other cheaper way available to reach a chennai telephone through a PC here ?

Hi,

might want to try calling-cards. They give you good rates to call any destination in the world. I haven't tried them to the destination you're calling but give it a shot.
