i read all those complaints at complaints.com about calling card companies
check this site www.relianceindiacall.com they have a link " how to choose a calling card" ....read it....it talks all about the hidden costs in the calling cards. the reliance guys have started this calling service to india. They have no hidden costs. These rich buggers actually own the network from states to india no wonder i get awesome voice quality. instant connections. unlike others who patch ure calls over different networks and use clogged internet for connecting calls( VOIP) i got introduced to the service through www.fatwallet.com ....they have 2 threads running on reliance indiacall. every1 is talking about this latest service. Amazingly low rates and amazingly high quality. just 11.9 cents per min . even to mobile phones and no hiddden costs. I dont think i am looking anymore for new cards. spread the word about this new service and lets put an end to these fraud calling card business. www.relianceindiacall.com |

I did not like all the hidden fee's from Reliance. If I bought a $20.00 card and used about half, it took the rest in "fees". I did find some good ones to India and Pakistan on a place called "snsphonecards.com'. They had over 400 brands of cards. You simply shopped and bought an called. Really great connections, very good mins, no static and buzzies.
...you might want to give them a shot! i will stay there for good Steve |

i agree reliance is great name and all that for all of us coming from india but recently they hiked the rate to 12.9 cents before taxes. steve is absolutely correct abt the hidden fees, thats most irritating.
am using http://www.lotsofminutes.com to call india , for me hyderabad is like 7 cents / min and no other charges to your account. i use the tel3advantage plan from www.lotsofminutes.com to call other places in india too. I was suggested this by my seniors. and oh every new account gets $7.25 free on signup. chennai is 12 cents, ahmedabad is 11 cents , bangalore is 13, punjab is 13 , india is 16 cents one peculiar thing abt this tel3advantage plan is they show online call history. for example my 10 minute call to india billed at 10 cents a min. will only cost a dollar in the statement. they also have speed dial which dials your home # wihtout you entering it. relianceindia call charges $ 1.00 on a $10 card at time of purchase and then also applies other taxes that confused me as whats my real rate for the call. anyways does any one know if veer zaara was a hit in india. i think the movie is good to go in oscar. i was in tears by the end of it. deepali patel |

Hi All,
I think 60% Indians use Reliance India Call to speak to India. Only 1% are smart and use 'Mother India' calling card by Reliance. The service is same (First time with calling card you have option to remember pin if dialed from the same phone) but Mother India has advantage of 3 + minutes for every $ 10 calling card (33 min for $4.50 compared to 78 min for $11.05). Normal Indian spends an average $ 75 per month so its 270 minutes saving for a year. If you are spending more than $75 then think how much you can save. There is a website www.callbycard.net who is giving $5 calling card of Mother India for $4.50 with 10% discount. You have to buy $ 20 worth calling card in a transaction to avoid $ 1 transaction charge. Also don't buy other calling cards from 800 + list even though they are showing more minutes per dollar there will be maintenance charges and you will get less minutes. Only Mother India is the Best Card on this site with no maintenance fee and best quality of voice without echo. If you think your best friends should benefit from this, share this great information with them and show you consider them as your best friend. Happy Calling !!! Regards, Ranjit |

When traveling abroad i have found the best and cheapest way to keep in touch is definitely using a calling card. Cheap calling cards can be found at www.ldpost.com. There they have cards for almost every need possible at the lowest rates possible. They also have no hidden charges! Each card specifically states how it works and what the deal is. If you run out of minutes on your card recharging is a really easy and fast process. Check it out at www.ldpost.com

For India, the rates starts from 7.4 cent per minute, while for cells on India, the rates is as low as 10.4 cents per minute.
Another reasons to use Nobel's Phone Card from www.connect2phonecard.com is that the company (Nobel) is a top one, that provide PIN's and support for a sum of others phone cards companies on the market. The rate of connectivity it's over 60% the higher rate on this market Customer Support, pins, network, all are proprietary of Nobel, and this is reflected in the quality of the calls, cards, rates. Enjoy it ! : www.connect2phonecard.com - affiliate of Nobel's |
