Are there calling cards available for USA calling from India

I just wanted to know that are there any calling card available other than BSNL's ITC card for USA calling for India.I really dont have any idea if they are available.Currently I am paying Rs 6.50/min with BSNL card.So if anybody has the information about the calling card having tarrif cheaper than this,please let me know.. Thank You.
