insurance for persons with pre-existing condition

Is there a company that provides coverage for a visitor with pre-existing condition.

There seems to be no "ONE" plan which would cover a pre-existing condition. However there are plans which would cover MAX of "2,500" USD if you buy min "6months" of policy.
I guess, one has to live with the fear of uncertainity.

PS: Pre-existing conditions defined a bit differently by each insurance company. Generally, if you have not reported any problems, doc visits etc within last 3-6 months, then you should be OK. But nevertheless, most common long term health problems, like heart attacks, artheritis, blood pressure and many more are considered Pre-existing conditions.
