travel guard + Liason

Hi. After some scouting around on this website my conclusion on a nice combo insurance plan that could cover pre-existing (upto $15000) and larger coverage (upto say $100000) would be the travelguard's travel america plan and liason respectively.

The travel guard website quotes a price of $388 for 2 persons/4 months stay. Is this for real, anyone have any experience here? Liason could come upto $1000 ($2500 deductible, $100000 coverage).

Am i missing something here? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
