Insurance For Pre-existing conditions

Hi everyone,

Wanted to know if there is any insurance that covers pre-existing conditions - heart disease / diabetes etc
Unfortunately due to job insecurity and other things we cannot plan on going to India to visit parents.

We are really worried about bringing them here due to a lot of pre-existing conditions. Insurance issues are really ruining our family life.
