Client letter format

1. Could anyone please let me know the format of the client letter? What exactly I mean is what should be mentioned in the letter.

2. One more question, I got my H1 in Nov but did not start working till May which means i do not have paystubs. So if the VO asks me about those 6 months, what do I have to answer inorder to convince him? Also Is it going to be issue for cancellation? Please let me know and advice me. I really need someone's help.
