Need urgent advice

I am currently employed in one of the financial firms after my MS in USA.But right now I am on OPT as my company would give me an H-1 only by 2006 end.

I would like to get my mother here in July 2006.Is there a problem in getting her a visa as I am currently on OPT?Will a letter from the employer stating that I am full time employee in their company sufficient to solve the problem?

Moreover as I have just started work will there be a problem in showing the IT clearence?

Please let me know ...would like to get advice....

Preferably get her here when you are on the H1 that way it wouldnt' be too much hassels.
