Default Nanny Visa

Hi, My parents are old and are visiting usa for six month, they want to bring there house made with them to usa for same period.

Can any one please let me know what is the process for this?

I heared that there is some provision of Nanny Visa.

Can some one please let me know.

I really doubt you'd be able to bring in a maid from India on any kind of legal or valid visa.
There is an aupair visa but you maid most likely won't qualify for that.

Other than that, there may be some legal way to bring hired help from overseas but you'd have to ensure you pay the lega, fair wage and comply with all other labor laws even before you file the paperwork. You might need the help of an immigration lawyer for this.

Other than that, the only way could be she apply for a tourist visa but don't be surprised if it gets rejected.

It would be easier to hire somebody local to work for your parents when they visit.
