Can I carry two laptop to India

Hi ,
How many laptop can i carry back to India. One is given to me by my company which needs to be returned after some time. The second one i am intending to buy for myself. Its that possible to carry 2 laptop. Would there be any problems related to customs, if i carrry both?

You can carry as many as you like but except the first one, you have to pay appropriate taxes and duties for all others.

maybe you should try to get a letter from your employer that one of the laptop is a office property. And other is your personal.

ppl from my company have taken 10 cell phones with them. With proper paper work it should not be a problem.
