Getting a Nanny from India

My kid is in India now and we have a very good Nanny there taking care of the kid very well. We want to get her here. I am sure she will not get a visa under visitor category. I would like to get her here under a work visa and pay her according to the labor laws here.

I am not sure though under what visa category this will come under and what is the procedure??

And are there any agencies here in US which can bring her here through their company and place her here in my house as a Nanny??

Anyone has any idea if the above is possible or not? Please help.
