H1-B Visa Stamping Process

Hi there,

Could anyone please go through the entire process of taking appointment through VFS system? It would be really helpful for people like me who are having a tough time with this. How to get an earliest appointment date, payment fee and receipt number, necessary document needed.

**I'm on H1-B visa and visiting India, New Delhi in Feb 2006 to get my visa stamped. Any input/ suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

U can also check the specific consulate website / go thru the h1b stamping experiences thread for more info on the interview process.

U may qualify for emergency appt if u are a returning worker.
