hello,

I came on emergency visa to india my brother is having a kidney failure I am h1-b here and i need to get stamp I only have I797A and i dont have I129 and that lady is asking me to get my I129 I tried contacting my employer and emailing him also but i dont know why is he not responding please tell me can i request I129 from uscis ...Is there any possiblity..of it.

uscis returns the submitted i129 along with the petition approval docs -Please contact ur company attorney for a copy.
