Hello,
I need to file H1-b extention for first time. I work for this comapany for 1 yesr for practice training, then 3 year of H1-b, my current H1-B will expire in Dec this year. My question is:
1. Waht forms do I need for H1-B extention? LCA, I-129 and I-129W?
2. I need to pay $130 for I-129. But do I need to pay $1000 for I-129w? I heard INS don't need employeer to pay this any more, is this true?
