H1B Revalidation

I am applying for h1b revalidation in st louis, MO.
My previous visa and I94 has expired. But I have a new I797 approval notice with me. If I have to send documents, Sending the expired I94 is allowed or not.
What should I do in that case? Does valid I797 itself is sufficient or should I have to send expired I94 also.
Please clarify, you caring people.

You should have new I94 with your new H1 approval, I797 and I94 comes together.
