I had a H1 processed by a company and got stamped in 2001 and it is getting expired on nov 1 2003. After some time they have cancelled that H1 and recently same employer have processed a new H1 using Premium processing.
I came to US using the old stamp which is expiring on Nov 1st 2003 and i have the new H1.
What is my status, Is it a revalidation or a fresh H1.
If it is fresh case where should i get it stamped.
