MS Mechanical Engg schools and student loan information

Hi,
I would like to know the names of good schools / universities for doing MS in Mechanical Engineering which provides scholoarships / assistanceships to students. I have a friend who is interested in doing MS in Mechanical Engg and wants to know his options for paying tution fees /expenses. Do Universities give loan to students? Are there any resources in India where student can get loans etc.

Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.

You can chk out the princeton review and visit the nearest USEFI center in India and try to email some of your seniors who are in US.
