Vistor Visa for Parents

I am currently on H1 B , My H1 will expire in July 2006. I need to call my parents to USA from March 2006 to August 2006 .
I have still not applied for my H1 Extension . Please advise

If they get appts, they can go for the interview in March and say they plan to travel for 3-4 months in the app forms.
