my friends mom got her visitor visa last week , she is not educated much, while travelling alone will there be any one to assist her in filling forms and 1 94 etc can we arrange some one when we book airline tickets is therae any facility for extra fees , she is really worried kindly give ur views

Generally the air attendants on the flight help people fill the form. Ask her to just give her passport and request one of them to fill the form for her.

Also when you book the ticket you can ask for assitance and they will help during transit and such issues.
