Hi,
I recently been to Canada (Nov 2005) for H1B visa revalidation.
US Consular asked following questions,
1) Nature of work in current compnay
2) How long working with current company
3) Asked, if i have LCA with H1B
Best of Luck to all who are going for H1B visa stamping.
Regards,
Mac

Congrats!
Do you have Masters degree? I have heard people having masters degree get visa stamped with no problems.

Hi Mac!
Congratulations for your successful visa stamping.
I have a few questions. My husband is on H1B visa, 6 years completed, he got 8th year extension, is it safe to go to Canada for stamping. What about u, is your 6 years of H1B completed. My husband has BE from India and work experience.
Can u please guide me regarding how to take appointment at Canada for visa revalidation.
Thank you.

My husband is on H1B and Iam on H4 visa. My husband's 6 year stay in US is completed and got 8th year extension because of LC pending. We are planning to go to Canada for stamping (revalidation). He has done BE from India and has over 10 years of IT experience. Can anyone advise me on this. What questions are asked for H1B and H4 stamping (revalidation). Is there any problem because he does not have a masters degree.
Thank You.

Dear Listmates,
There is some information regarding H1 & H4 consular processing on our firm's website at http://www.immigrationfirm.net/H-1B_Professional.html. We have a checklist of information that is often requested for both visas along with other information regarding H1s.
