No objection certificate from central government

I want to invite my in-laws to visit us in USA. He works with central government and hence requires a NOC for US visa application. What kind of documents are needed to be sent to him, so that he could apply for NOC with central governemnt. I appreciate your reply.

I think it is best for your in laws to check at his place of work. I think he just needs to state that he wants to go on a vacation to US and requires a NOC.

I sent the following documents for my mom and she showed Visa appt letter,Sponsor letter and Invitation letter.
Let them early coz they unnessecaryly delay

They probably know the process already. Gov employees need the NOC to apply for passports too, so they must have done this once.

Did you take only No Objection certificate or you took sanctioned leave letter or both. How much leave did you apply for ?
