Article in Telugu Newspaper regarding VISA

Hello,

There was an article in Telugu newspaper (Eenadu) pune edition (I was told that a similar article appeared on sify's website as well !! ) regarding some proposed changes to US Visa process. The article says that US Consulates are going to implement some new methods from December which would allow any Visa aspirants to obtain Visa within 15 days from the date of their application.

Is anyone of you aware of such thing and is it just another never-to-be implemented idea?

I heard abt this too. But not sure how soon they will implement it. But still people have to go for interviews...

Sounds like bs to me. If there is any one you can rely on it will be the official word from the US Emb.
