DS-156 and DS-157 forms on internet

I am looking for the DS-156 and DS-157 forms on internet , but in all adobe Acrobat forms the BARCODE on second page i empty with "BARCODE" written on it .

Is this the correct DS-156 form.?

What I know is that

There is no barcode for the blank forms you get from the USCIS site. You can fill the forms yourself by hand, just see that the text is legible.

The DS 156 need to printed out/ typed out. As far as I know you cannot hand write it.

As far as I know, the printout of the PDFs of the DS156 and DS157 forms (which
get generated after getting the confirmed appointment) needs to be printed.

Do we need to take some separate copy also? Other than the one
which we filled in during taking the appointment.

Please confirm.
