In my mother's passport in the spouse name column she had my father's first name alone.Whether in D-156 form do we have to mention the name as such in her passport (ie in spouse name column) or do we need to mention his full name.
2.Do we need to send the original W2 forms of my husband(H1B) for sponsoring for my mother.
