Please Help H1 stamping!!

Hi,
I came to US on H4 and converted to H1.I have been working for 2 1/2 years.
I am planning to visit India and get my H1 stamping in chennai next Month.
But the problem I have is My W2's shows 4K less amout when compared with LCA.WIll that pose any problems when I go to stamping.

While Stamping will the consular officer look at the previous company information also ??
or only present company??

dear sir,

my daughter is on h1b visa and is likely to visit india shortly. will there be any problem at chennai consulate, if she goes for stamping. is it mandatory?is there any chance that consulate may refuse stamping just for no cause.
please advise.
